After our customer made an enquiry through our website for a wet room one of our expert designers soon came up with a taylor made solution for safe and easy bathing within their home.
Our customer was looking for their existing bath to be removed and replaced with a level access shower area with safety within the bathroom being the key factor.
Our customer had previously been presented various wet room options but ultimately felt none of them fully understood his mobility needs. Craftmasters have been working closely with occupational therapists for Warwickshire Social Services for over 30 years and fully understand the customers’ needs and explaining the advantages of converting a bathroom into a wet room.
Our customer had been struggling for many years with the logistics of getting in and out of his bath and with the concerns of slipping and falling thought it was time to put his safety and wellbeing as a priority.
Our design team got to work and presented a viable solution for the perfect bathroom layout that met the customer’s needs and budget. After providing an in-depth quotation and accompanying drawing, the customer approved the order and we scheduled for the adaptation to commence.
Once we had received the order and approval from the customer, our fitting team set to work refitting the bathroom and we were able to get the entire job finished within 1 week.
The customer now has a bespoke wet room which has transformed the room and ability to completely shower with safety in mind.
